Cadasse Auto Tinting LLC - We provide professional automotive window tinting services including residential vehicles, commercial fleets, and custom installations with various film options and warranties.
By using our services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in these terms.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 781-619-3383. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. By using the services of Cadasse Auto Tinting LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Cadasse Auto Tinting LLC provides automotive window tinting services. Our services include:
Residential vehicle tinting
Commercial fleet tinting
Custom tint installations
Tint removal and replacement
Service details, tint specifications, warranty coverage, and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
3. Service Area
We provide services in Norwood. Service availability may vary by location.
4. Scheduling and Access
4.1 Service Schedule
Services will be performed on the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking
We will make reasonable efforts to complete your service within the scheduled timeframe
Weather conditions, film availability, or emergencies may require rescheduling
4.2 Vehicle Access
Customer must provide the vehicle in clean condition and accessible for service
Customer is responsible for removing personal items and valuables from the vehicle
If the vehicle is not available at the scheduled time, you may be charged a trip fee
4.3 Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be in safe operating condition with functional windows
We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle presents safety concerns
Customer is responsible for disclosing any existing window damage or defects
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Fees
Pricing is based on vehicle type, number of windows, film selection, and complexity
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
Additional fees may apply for tint removal, specialty films, or rush service
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

Late payments may result in collection action and late fees of [amount or %]
Returned payments will incur a $10 fee
5.3 Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
6. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with our work:
Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
We will inspect and correct any installation issues at no additional charge
Warranty claims and refunds are issued at our discretion per warranty terms
7. Limitations of Service
Users MUST BE 18 Years or Older. 18+ Only.
We will make every reasonable effort to provide quality tinting service, however:
We are not responsible for pre-existing window damage, scratches, or defects
We do not provide automotive glass repair, replacement, or detailing services
We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket window treatments or accessories
8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1 Vehicle Damage
We carry liability insurance for damages caused by our negligence
We are not liable for damage caused by hidden defects in glass or window mechanisms
Customer must notify us of any known vehicle issues prior to service
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8.3 Customer Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cadasse Auto Tinting LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Vehicle operation after service and before cure time is complete
Violations of local tinting laws or regulations
Inaccurate information provided by Customer
9. Cancellation and Termination
9.1 By Customer
You may cancel or reschedule appointments with 24 hours' written notice
Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
9.2 By Company
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service immediately for:
Non-payment
Unsafe vehicle conditions
Harassment of our staff
Violation of these terms
10. Weather and Service Interruptions
Services may be delayed due to extreme weather, humidity conditions, or emergencies
We will reschedule appointments when conditions permit proper installation
No refunds will be issued for weather-related delays
11. Warranty
Film manufacturer warranties apply as specified at time of service
Installation workmanship is warranted for 2 years against peeling, bubbling, or defects
Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper care, or window repairs
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of service
12. Legal Compliance
Customer is responsible for ensuring tint darkness complies with local and state laws
We provide guidance on legal limits but ultimate compliance is the customer's responsibility
We are not liable for citations or fines related to tint darkness violations
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing materials, and branding are the property of Cadasse Auto Tinting LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of MA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Norwood, except for small claims court matters.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
